Aston Martin at speed

One of my favorite race cars, at speed, going down the “Mineshaft” at Kyalami, South Africa.

Not that the Aston Martin has ever raced there officially, but it seemed fitting to add to the “speed” theme.

Still one of the best looking racing cars yet.

I can just imagine what it would be like to see this Aston Martin breathing down my back on a race track.

Audi vs Peugot at Le Mans

Audi were dominant again at Le Mans this year.

It looks like Villenveuve will have to wait another year to claim the triple crown of Indy,F1 and Le Mans.

Although Peugot got off to a flying start, it was the Audis who were dominant in the early morning hours, and throughout the rest of the afternoon to claim victory.

(No, these are not the race winning cars. This is a re-enaction of an Audi vs Peugot.)
